I also follow quite a few eco dyers blogs if you check my blog list. The above are where I get most of my info from and I was lucky enough to take part in a workshop with India.<br />Basically you place your plant materials on the cloth, roll up really tight and tie tightly with string or similar. Place in a pot of hot water which you can add plant material to if you want. Cook for a couple of hours turn off the heat and leave. Take the bundle out and leave for as long as you can then open and see what you've got.Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09300029654181323351noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7450813791634745539.post-87677654582452860602013-09-25T10:43:38.016+01:002013-09-25T10:43:38.016+01:00Ooh, I love this. I confess to not knowing much (or anything) about eco-dyeing!Izhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01032407776491997007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7450813791634745539.post-33120023096437138952013-09-18T09:52:50.109+01:002013-09-18T09:52:50.109+01:00I love that there is a word for this that really r...I love that there is a word for this that really relates to what it is.Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09300029654181323351noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7450813791634745539.post-52668843504815773772013-09-17T20:13:59.447+01:002013-09-17T20:13:59.447+01:00I love the idea of using your bouquet for dyeing m...I love the idea of using your bouquet for dyeing making a "recuerdo" recording the memory as a keepsake named so well in SpanishMo Crowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09004208849028911104noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7450813791634745539.post-74516270434555206052013-09-17T16:20:48.832+01:002013-09-17T16:20:48.832+01:00Oh me too, I think I might take the risk, but know...Oh me too, I think I might take the risk, but knowing me it might be another year before I get round to it. On the other hand it is the season of mellow fruitfulness. I look at India Flint's clothing in her book, and lust and desire rise within me! janhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05545341224555862464noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7450813791634745539.post-46388155027419868332013-09-16T15:32:57.839+01:002013-09-16T15:32:57.839+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09300029654181323351noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7450813791634745539.post-4593149094189473272013-09-16T15:32:19.879+01:002013-09-16T15:32:19.879+01:00I have to confess to having a loving of both silk ...I have to confess to having a loving of both silk and cashmere, expensive tastes.
