Sunshine and warmth

Pines
We felt in need of a bit of sunshine and no wind or rain so booked a last minute holiday to Turkey. Below a few images.
Banana palm

Waterfall near Antalya

Views of the Taurus mountains from our balcony

Azure sky
Sunset over the mountains and sea

We did have one rainy day but heavenly sunshine the rest of the time and we seem to have missed the worst of the storms in the UK, and come back to a lovely day here, so no complaints.

  1. BEAUTIFUL!
Will have to live vicariously through you, Debbie, as there's
no such sunny forecast in my immediate future. Weather news from
the UK has been scary ... glad all's well in your corner.

    1. The weather seems a bit scary is quite a few places at the moment, we have been lucky, apart from a dripping kitchen ceiling.
Am thinking of the warmth and sunshine from last week hoping thoughts can cross oceans and keep you warm.

    1. Had a great time thanks, mainly lazing about but also visited Side which has lots of ruins and freshly squeezed pomegranate juice and Antalya which we have visited before but I just love the old town.
